Hydraulic Power Unit Designed for Labeling Lifts
We have developed a dedicated hydraulic power unit for labeling lifts, featuring a dual-solenoid-valve control system designed to improve lifting positioning accuracy.
One of the solenoid valves is synchronized with the motor, starting and stopping simultaneously with the motor. This synchronized control helps effectively reduce the upward movement caused by motor rotational inertia when the lift stops, solving the problem of inaccurate stopping positions.
The optimized hydraulic control system provides more precise stopping, smoother lifting operation, and improved positioning accuracy, making it particularly suitable for labeling machines and other lifting equipment requiring precise vertical positioning.
